Order Shipping Information
- Shipping and delivery estimates
- Our items tend to ship between 24-48 hours from the time you submit your order. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
When you select expedited shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment, but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep.
All estimates are based on business days.
- Shipping methods
- We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:
- 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Nizmo’s offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific time are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
- 2-3 Day International Shipping: For an additional charge, Nizmo’s offers this expedited shipping option on products shipped from international locations. Products shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific time are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time within three business days after shipment.*
- Next Business Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Nizmo’s offers this expedited shipping option on most of its products. Products shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. Pacific time via Next Business Day service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Next Business Day delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Nizmo’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Nizmo’s control once your order leaves our facilities, Nizmo’s cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
- Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Nizmo’s Online Store. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier’s name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.
- Shopping for friends and family who reside outside of the U.S.
- Nizmo’s ships to customers in all 50 United States, its territories as well as internationally.
*DISCLAIMER For all international orders, it is the customer’s sole responsibility for handling any and all currency conversion fees as well as duties, tariffs or other taxes imposed by the governing authorities in the customer’s local.
Problems With Your Shipment
- Incorrect or damaged items
- If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please call Nizmo’s customer support at (212) 600-1168.
- Refund methods
- You must notify Nizomo’s customer support at assitance@nizmos.com within 7 business days if you wish to return an item. Please include your order number and reason for your return. You will be provided a full refund less shipping cost and return shipping charges ( Return Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer & Nizmo’s will not be liable for the cost of return shipping ) as long as the item is in brand new condition and in its original packaging. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with return authorization and return instructions.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our returns center.
- Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Exchanges
- At this time, we are not able to process exchanges for Nizmo’s products. To exchange an item for a different one, you must process a return order and then you must place a new order online, which will be handled as a separate order.
